they did my chip, that took forever 5 hours B.S. tip chip 2 hours not bad. i usually call to see if they have it in stock then go pick it up. that is what i did for my exhuast. they only had one left and that was on thurseday the week of waterfest. i give them an 7.7 out of 10. don't get stuff installed there, they are book a month in advance for any kind of real work.

I tried to get an appt. back in early July and they told me they didn't get the last shipment of exhausts in (B.S.). They said they would call to schedule and appt. around mid-auguest and I still havent recieved a call. I do like there service however and have heard nothing but good things about them.

You had bad luck. I have ordered a grille, exhaust, and suspension from AWE and have recieved everything early and exactly what i wanted. AWE-Tuning is very reliable and very accurate.

ive ordered a lot of stuff from them and they usually have it in the showroom or order it quick. only problem ive ever had was when i ordered a borla exhaust and they didnt have the downpipe and it took 1 1/2 months to get.
