so in the thread where somebody linked us to the new B7 RS4 replica rims, i posted a picture of my car with the rims PSed on. Well, it looked good, but a couple of things needed to be fixed. First off, the car needed to be lowered. Second off, in my PS picture the tone of the rims werent very accurate (they're much lighter than i had them) so i fixed it and some!

Anyways i'm gonna get either B5 or B7 RS4 rims a couple of months after i relocate to Daytona Bech, Florida (End of December)

so here they are:

Now here it is lowered with the B5 RS4 18x8.5 rims















And here it is lowered with B7 RS4 18x8 Rims (which i also lightened up to a more accurate tone in this picture)

Call me crazy, but I kind of like it stock. The older RS rims look too big for their britches, but the B7 wheels look friggin' sweet (except that they remind me of a BMW at first glance).

wilken, i like BMW's haha so thats ok. actually the reason theyre reminding you of BMWs is because the M5 rims are SOMEWHAT similar (which my brothers has on his 540 so its fine by me)

VB05 yeah i know, thats half the reason i posted. I'm leaning towards the B5's though because they're wider and $400-550 cheaper. but i think the B7's look a little cooler, so it'll probably end up depending upon how much money i make at whatever job i get when i move.

 

i'd go with the B5, simple and clean...and yea fatter spokes

 

Damn, nice photoshop. I wish I knew how to do that. It would make choosing wheels a lot easier.

Yeah that looks phenomenal. I just bought my wheels, and love them... but I keep thinking I want 18's.

 

Sick ps job. Both look amazing. I'll be lookin for wheels soon so these ps jobs help with the decision.

 

true indeed tough choice.. but id go w the b5s , simply bc theyre more simple/clean like stated above.. dont get me wrong tho, the b7s are fire. but the b5s look better on that a4. my 2.. yo keep us posted w some pics when u decide and get them
