Default B5 Door Panel

Anyone know how to remove the door panel on a 2001 A4? My rear window is stuck and I wanted to check to see what was wrong. I found 3 screws and unscrewed them but the panel was still not coming off.

I wonder if the regulator is bad....dealership said $350 to change the regulator.

Default RE: B5 Door Panel

I have already downloaded your post on taking the door apart. Great info, thanks.
I have an A4 T1.8 1999.5. The left rear window won't stay up. Using the switch, while someone pushes up on the glass, will get it closed, but it won't stay. I assume it is a window regulator I need. Let me know if you think I'm off base on that. From what I have seen, there is not too much difference in price between a motor and regulator, and just the regularor. Can you suggest some sources? Would you recommend getting the regulator with a motor or just a regulator? Are aftermarket regulators ok. Thanks for any help you can offer.
