Anyone help me on this? I'd like to run my fogs independently. I cannot VAG-COM it. I'd like to do a little wiring change of some sort. Fuse mod would be ideal.

Anyone got instructions? I've searched but cannot find anything that is B6 specific.

 

how come you can't vag-com it? have you tried checking the vag-com directory in the 'audi links' sticky at the top of this forum?

 

Two reasons:

1. I really don't understand the whole VAG-COM concept.

2. I don't have a laptop.

 

the idnependent fogs only work for b5s and b6 a4 3.0's

 

try this link..i used it twice before i bought my own cable. most guys will do it for you for free. i offered both guys money and they both turned it down.

I am finding it hard to believe that no other B6 owners out there have completed this mod without VAG-COM.

the only B6 that can be vagged for independant fogs is the 02.

Without modifying the switch the best you can get is canadian spec DRL which puts your fogs on all the time as well as your side markers.

 

i have an o2 A4, how do i get my fog lights to work independantly?

 

So is it possible for me to run independent fogs?

If so, how? Modify the switch....got a link or DIY?
