Default B6 A4 Sput...Sput...Sputter HELP!!!

My car has always driven perfectly.
About a mile from my house tonight on my way home from work I noticed my car seemed sluggish as I was decelerating towards the traffic light (off the fwy), as I stopped I noticed it shake, sputter a bit. When I tried to accelerate it is very very sluggish and sputters, but it does work and doesn't stall. What the hell could the problem be? I plan on taking it to Audi tomorrow morning (I have no choice I guess).

My guesses (in my limited knowledge of Audis and cars I guess?)
1) Coil pack
2) Sensor (maybe an O2 sensor, before or after cat, etc.)
3) Mass air flow sensor. OK I have a K&N filter, could that do it? I have never had to clean/re-charge it. Never a problem.
4) Air/Fuel mixture
5) Something else?

I do have APR Stage 1+ with the Bosch TT225 injectors.
I plan on putting my APR back to stock map tomorrow and locking it out.
I am beyond my 50,000 factory warranty but I purchased an aftermarket warranty. I wonder how this will work.

Thoughts?

possible fuel pump, do you here a humming from the back of the car, mine did the same thing when i was on the freeway, it would run but when i would step on the gas it would sputter and die, take it to a local euro mechanic and you will save yourself some money.

i had a similar problem ... when i was on the freeway my check engine light came on and my car started to sputter and shake . Feels like its misfiring. I immediatly pulled over. My turbo pipe was cherry red.

Maybe a clogged cat?
o2 censor?

My guess would be bad air/fuel mixture. Too rich I guess.
I had that problem once on my 1985 jetta. There was a problem with the mixture that made my exhaust get so hot that it destroyed the catalytic converter (it was cherry red) and shot all the pieces of it back in through the exhaust, destroying that too...
Of course the problem was it was sputtering...
Check it out asap!!
