Occasionally when the car is cold, it will shift very hard from neutral to drive or reverse. Hard enough that the car jerks forward or backwards and you get a very loud clunk noise. It drives fine and shifts fine. After it warms up and I stop and shift to neutral and then back, it still does it - however if I turn the car off and then start it, the problem goes away. I have had this happen 3 times now.
