Hello. couldn't find this anywhere.... so here it is!

remove 2 phillips heads at top corners of door panel.
remove 1 screw under door pull handle.
remove bottom section of trim inside door pull hand hold.
it was tight, and had leather stuck to it. this is the piece on the bottom of the hand hold, and it is about 1 inch tall or thick. once that is out you can see another screw inside the panel that holds everything in place.

4 screws out.... then push the door panel up and pull away from the door.
worst part of reinstall was getting the door lock **** back through the hole.
