Default B7 reliable?

Anyone know if the B7 2.0T is more reliable than the previous 1.8T? Since the B7 is the latest version of it
And I am planning to get a B7 2.0T Quattro Manual, and if I do all the scheduled service on time, the car should be fine right?

I think it's too early to tell since it's a new motor. I haven't heard any major problems with it or minor for that matter. My B7 is going on 5 months old and already has over 10k miles on it, been driven really hard at times...not a problem what so ever. As long as you take good care of it and do the scheduled maintenance, it should be fine

The S-line package is sweet looking but I didn't want $3,000 added to the price so I didn't get it. To some people who got said it was well worth it, only if you're not going to get exterior parts later on

I am from Sothern California, in Orange County

I got my A4 at Audi of Mission Viejo

It seems like the S-line Package is only for the Look, It doesn't provide any performance bonus beside 18" tires and rim instead of 17"
basically, $3000+ for just the look?

Basically yes, 18" wheels, door blades, bumper lip, trunk lid, S-line badges, automatics come steering wheel shift paddles. They are all for looks only, nothing to boost performance, that's is why I didn't bother with it
