back light issue.

hi Guys,
Anyone know issue with my backlight and how to fix it.

Are they coming on by themselves if so I had my brakes tightened

Looks like some of the leds are not lighting up. Know nothing about that. Guessing the entire tail light would need to be replaced. Maybe the individual leds can be replaced.
