Default Back from my 3 week venture and with sad news.

Just got back from Cornell Summer college. Took a buisness communications class for some college credit ( hoping to get into there next year).

But anyways, so im pulling out of a mc donalds in Flanders. didnt realize the road was like 3 feet below the Mc donalds parking lot. Found it out when my car when crashing into the road below. It popped off the grey plastic underneath the bumper. Should this just snap back on? I havent tried yet i just got in and i dont feel like going out and trying it now. Any ideas?

Calm down, everyone makes mistakes. He came here to the forums for help as opposed to asking professionals. He came here first because he trusts us. Don't post something like that when he is in time of need. We all mess up sometime. I wish I could help but my knowledge of front ends is limited. I do believe though that someone recently backed out of their driveway and hit the piece you're talking about, not sure.

See if this is what you need. https://www.audiforums.com/m_104277/tm.htm

i pulled too far over one of those parking space stopper deals and when i backed up i popped my lower trip off, it just popped back into place with a little elbow grease...do it soon though so that you don't warp the plastic.

I read exactly what you said but what good at all did that post do for him? I don't see how that helped at all, even if you weren't serious about it...He needs help and all he got was a comment about being an idiot. Even if you didn't mean it, what the hell man? It's a community, we're here to help each other.

His message was about as helpful as your first one. So perhaps, instead of passing judgement on someone you don't really know, you just dont post anything useless either.

Anyway, BETZ... Your an idiot..... BUT, we all done **** like that so relax. It should clip on but you probably broke the clips. Go out and check and let us know what the damage is. If you need some pic's of how to do it PM me.. . . . . If that is all that is wrong, i'd be greatful.

P.S. We are here to help each other, admit dumbshi.t we have done, share knowledge of the cars we drive & HAVE FUN!
