Default Bad DV?

I did the PCV fix several weeks ago http://forums.vwvortex.com/zerothread?id=2919679. Last night, gf had the car and called me 'cause the car didn't sound right. I went to check it out and the car just wanted to stall and CEL is on. I removed the check valve hose(pcv fix) and put back the original hose. The car sounded fine after that, however, the CEL is still on. I drove it around last night and the car seemed fine. This morning, gf called again stating that while she was driving, she noticed the turbo gauge showing about -25 in idle and was getting 5 to 8psi in boost. Car is still on 91 setting and I'll set it back to stock today before taking it to the dealership. Is this a possible DV failure?[/align]

EDIT-- I switched the settings back from 91 to stock and the CEL is now gone. Will the dealer still be able to see the fault codes and find out what caused the CEL to come on?

All I did was switch the program from 91 to stock. To clear the codes, I would need a vag-com right?

Since the CEL came on under the 91 program, will it need to be switched back to that so the dealer can find it or it doesn't matter?
