I know mods are expensive for audis but im jus looking for mods that i can do without even spending that much money. i jus debadge so theres one that was 0 dollars is there ne thing else that i can do for 0 dollars b4 i go into spending money on the heavier mods. i jus want to get all the basic mods done first. clear corners (free), custom grill (10-15 bucks for paint & sandpaper), painted lowers if you've got a silver car (~30-40 bucks for supplies), short shifter (free), debadging (free), snub mount (15-50 bucks), intake (free +40 bucks for k&n panel filter)

SNUB mounts? and i have question u can still take the reflector off the corners even if u have 97 a4 ? i heard u can do something to let more air thru ur intake if u port out the right fender or sumthin

 

i'm sorry but i really can't explain again what a snub mount is.....i might explode if i do that....you'll have to use our wonderful search function to learn all you could ever want to know about the all powerful, magnificent, magical snub mount...apparently it's the topic of the year......

on your corners you cannot remove the amber reflector...but you can replace the corners separately for 20-80 bucks, depending on what kind of corner you get....

about the intake....what kind of car do you have?

 

im guessing same thing as urs from ur pix. welll i have 97 1.8t quattro

 

the 1.8Ts don't really need an intake, unless you're doing major modding. the cheap intakes will actually rob you of HP from heatsoak...you can modify your stock airbox for better airflow and get a high flow filter...there's a how-to in our DIY forum by audiboy

 

how much does the modding of the air box help. And im scared to ruin it dont want to *** everything up.

 

How is a short shifter free?
