My father and I installed on his Caddy Catera Brembo x-drilled and slotted rotors with EBC "Green Stuff" pads (front only).
He got a package deal with a good price from Pep Boys. EBC has made a name for themselves by making brake systems for motorcycles, and let's face it, good brakes are needed on a bike.

We both agree that the braking is much more responsive and powerful with this combination.

Im using Raybestos Ceramic QS on my 89 525i and those are excellent as well.

When the time comes to replace the front brakes on my A4, will be looking to use EBC or Raybestos (if they have QS pads available for the A4).

Hope my info helps in your selection.

Just wanted to add one more thing about the Raybestos and EBC - they have both been quiet.

Those green stuff are supposed to be good .Ithink they do other (colour) stuff depending on what you want ,road ,track ,etc.

They are from EBC brakes.

The question is directed for a TT, but the answer should be similar regardless of the model.

I'm needing to change the brakes on my TT and was wondering how hard it is. I've always changed my own brakes on domestic cars but have never touched a wrench to the TT. Anything special or should I leave it to an Audi specialist?
