So I finally got enough money for an exhaust so whats the best one for the money and HP gains iam thinking the borla

What are the gains from the borla on a 1.8 with Tip ?

 

ive read about 8-12hp gain and a 8-10 ft/lb tq gain.

 

Check out milltek, i love the sound, the gains, and the fitment i got out of it. IF you care or not i have seen 4 audis with borla exhaust on them and it looked like crap. The tail pipe stuck out about 4-6" past the bumper. Borla make good exhaust but from reading on some other forums some people had fittment issues with borla.

 

APR I love mine the fitment was great and it sounds and looks great.

 

Custom 2.5 piping with magnaflow mufflers, i have yet to hear a better exhaust on a a4.

I have heard nothing good about the nuespeed exhaust, from the guys on the zine. Does urs hiss at high rpm?
