whats a good sway bar for a audi a4 b5? size?

If u have a sport model then your front is already upgraded, if not I would start looking for one, the rear is what really lacks, I got mine from blackforestindustries.com solid rear 22mm bar, I believe reinforcing the rear subframe is in order but I have been using mine on the soft setting w/o them and everything seems fine
