1. Spray off control arms at car wash with high pressure water/soap as best you can.

2. Remove front wheels, spray the sh*t out of all control arm bushings with PB blaster. I mean soak those puppies.

3. drive for a week or two.

4. repeat 2 and 3 like once or twice more.

This should make it go away. This is provided that
1. you have inspected them all and they all look OK.
2. its not something else that is making the noise.
