I really want to get the biggest rotors possible for my car. I dont want to spend more than 150-200 a pair, does anyone have any recomendations? Im getting some really open rims and I dont want crappy looking stock rotors being seen through them. I want to get the biggest rotors possible . Please post what you think i should look into........

 

Geee, and I always though the reason for bigger rotors was better stopping.

 

That budget won't buy you anything big. An A8 brake kit is between 300-400 dollars, and it's not even that big.

 

You can't even get a set of rotors on Ebay cheap either. [:@]

 

ya the a8 kit is about $350 . just waiting to get my jack and stands back from my friend. [IMG][/IMG]

what about zimmermans, theyre 150 a pair, what do you guys think?

 

i have had oems (waited to long to change pads= grooved roters)

crossdrilled /sloted brembos off ebay lasted 2 year before warping (used green stuff pads)

crossdrilled/slotted forget name lasted 1 year before warping

now going to install A8 kit hopefully no more prob.

spent too much money on cheep rotors if you want a set to last get a nice kit.

Pops...i got them off a felow audi guy who traded his car in before he installed them. he eather got them from ecs tuning or tap.

i belive ecs sells the kit for $500

y do u have those 2 brackets next to the tt carriers bc i didnt use those in my swap. the tt bolt right up.
