Default big time oil leak!!any ideas?

1998 Audi A4 1.8T 90,000mi.

So, my audi lives in redding area, and I have been in LA all week, I got back last night, and this morning I go to start the car and it started with no hesitation...I was standing outside, while it was warming up, and it started to make a bubbleing fizzy noise and then it dumped at leat a quart of oil on the ground...I took the car to audi of santa monica two weeks ago and had timming belt and a bunch of gaskets and hoses replaced (because they said I had three minor leaks)....now, after 2k worth of repairs, this!

I took a look, and I cannot see where the leak is coming from exactly, I know it is on the drivers side (intake side), and it looks to be coming from the lower half...is there a notorious hose or something I should be looking for?...my oil pan gasket was replaced, and i know I had a hose that looked like an elbow (prolly 1/2" int. dia.) replaced....

any thoughts or suggestiong would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

oil plug is tight...I just got under the car, right above where the filter is there are two hoses, there's an in and an out prolly, the one closer to the nose of the car appears to be the culprit, I guess i'm gonna have to wait til tuesday, to get the part....

thanks avant!...have a great 3 day weekend!

yup that's the oil cooler pipes and not so common issue and no big problem as you caught it at the early stage

definately, whenever I warm up the car, I just stand outside and wait for anything unusual....I think my weather might have something to do with it, my pool is currently frozen over!...I think it might just be 100 and some-odd degree oil hitting a 20 degree hose....

well, I'll keep everyone updated, but I really wanna drive my baby, stuck in an accord hybrid for the weekend!

thanks again!

I've decided not to touch it, I have a 12 month 12,000mi. warranty on my parts from a couple weeks ago, but if they find a possum, I'm gonna have to move back to LA for good....
