Tom, just wanted to let you know that your car now adorns my desktop. I've actually got the same shot as you have in your sig line (sans mods). I pulled it out of your album. NICE! I can't wait to see/hear about the finished product... but then again, a car is never finished.

Goldenchild, IMO you need to shut up and respect the work he's done. Maybe you can weld a better one for him? If I recall correctly, the real manifold he copied costs a pretty penny, thus making your own saves the cost of buying one or having someone else make it. Besides, I would love to pop the hood and have someone ask who does all my work, fabs all my parts, etc. and say, "I do it all myself." I don't think the point was to make a cosmetically perfect manifold, rather make one that mimics the function of the real thing.
