Default Blinker/Dealer pissing me off

I've gotten this problem "fixed" twice already and it still persists. My left front blinker doesn't work. The side and rear left work fine (B6). Also when I'm in the car the left blinks much faster than the right. Is it a short? I figured it might be because it works normally for a short time sometimes. I just ran out of warranty and the bastards told me they fixed it again, but wouldn't you know it, they didn't. So how should I proceed?

If the problem arose during the warranty period, and it hasn't been fixed, then it is still covered by the warranty.

Sometimes the terminals in the headlamp get burned up and melted. Other times the pins on the socket just need to be pryed out because they arent making good contact with the headlight.
