Default blow off valve?

Is there anyway that you can successfully put a blow off valve into an audi a4 instead of a bypass valve? I have a 2000 a4 1.8tQ manual tansmission and I really would like a BOV. As of now I have a TurboXS Bypass Valve but i want to get a Blow off valve. If anyone has success storys or some information on how to get a BOV to run oppropriatly, please reply. Thanks!!

There are some guys with them on their B6's .
Although I would not recommend it as they are not for our cars.
If you are going to do it , use a 50/50 Hybrid.
But DONT DO IT! Its RICE !

hybrids are the only way to go if you really want the BOV sound.....which i like.....but it will still damage your car, just not as severely

wow, we have a ton of turbo experts here Anyways, if you run a BOV it will just cause you to run rich on shifts. Could make the car stumble a little bit near shifts, but it won't blow up your car as some here will tell you.

So, you'd live with a constant check engine light, just so you can hear the BOV noise?
