Front bumper only.
The B6 already looks like a tub - any other body kits will balloon it out further. Sides and rear ARE a waste of money. Front bumpers are cool, though.
This is just my opinion.

 

I would think it depends on the bumper. If the bumper is lower than stock, the car looks odd without matching sides and rear valence becase the lines will be off. I haven't looked much at B6 style kits though. Buts thats the case with B5.

I'd make sure to get side skirts for your car if you get a front lip. Otherwise it looks really strange.

 

i got a full rieger kit with the lip in front with h&r coilovers and it looks mean

 

The right body kit will set your car off!!
it will make it look a million times better then the standard bumpers (in my opinion).... but on a car like an audi i suggest to go with a stylish subtle body kit that just ads to audi's class, not an outrageously crazy body kit that would turn an impressive europeon car into a ricey!
