Default Boost Gauge!

When I was in high school I worked my *** off two summers in a row to save up to buy a 1991 Eagle Talon TSI...

Loved its handling and turbo spooling speed...

One thing to have when you have a turbo is a gauge to watch your psi spool up....you can forget everything else in the cluster but one of the coolest things I always thought was that gauge...

Anyway Ive always thought it sucked that our audis didnt come with one as they should so Im finally getting one ...check it out (pics) ...its similar to the awe center gauge...but a custom fit ....

I think Im gonna put it in the vent to the right of the wheel...

Now I can finally enjoy the turbo from the cabin like when I had the ol Talon..

Yeah, the boost guage is about the only thing the talon had going for it eh? Haha, i remembered mine, it was fun... but what a POS inside and out!

I'd buy another one for racing, though... like, rally or snow/ice racing.

Yep! I agree totally...around 120000 my engine started to burn so much oil...every time I would pull away from a stop it was like I picked up the smokescreen weapon in SpyHunter! hahaha

Haha, mine never burned oil... well... it may have used some, but I'd never of known -- it was leaking too much to notice.

I mean, 75% of the time I owned it it didn't leak... but I had to chase leaks about half a dozen times.
The day I went to sell it, something around the turbo started leaking everywhere... I just BS'd the guy and gave him back 100 bucks. lol, I lost close to 5K (cdn) on that POS.

Damnit I want my boost guage... and oil pressure gauge... argh.

I'm going to use Stuart Warner guages, and mount in the a-pillar though.
