would a boost controller have a digital guage on it?

ahh, i dont know... i wish apillar pods werent so pricey for good ones...

You could always pay through the nose for this:

O.CT Digital Boost Gauge = $400 !! Yikes!

LOL - that one in the pic is my DIY 30$ version - so I like it better than the APR $140 version. And my vent still works.
However if you want to be discreet then HUD is the best way to go.

Dont do the piller put it on the steering column thats what i did and it look clea ill pm you a picture once i figure out how to use my digital camera

HUD means Heads Up Display im not exactly sure how to explain it type it in to yahoo or something
