he isnt taking it to redline, but he also has a n75 race valve.

 

i don't take it to red line all the time because the engine is burning fuel but not really making power so i normally try to shift around 5500-6000 i have redlined it a couple of time just to get the feeling of it so i can have an idea of what rpm im at without looking at the tach

Think it will hurt to buy a n75 that us made for my car, and what should i get?

 

$70 on a n75 with no boost control or $20-100 on a mbc with adjustablility of psi. I would go with the mbc.... oh wait, i did.

yes, you would gain nothing by changing it and running it with or just a mbc.

 

thanks again...sorry to cause you so much trouble. It just seems weird to me, and others are telling me that I have a leak(thats why im losing boost)

 

above 5k rpms the engine is sucking in more air then the turbo can produce thats why there is a drop in psi. if you have a bt then the turbo will out flow the motor but you will have more lag. its a trade off. hold boost longer and you will have more lag. less high end boost and a quicker spool

 

it seems at times that it doesnt even make it to 5k though. What spring should I be running in the dv? thanks again!
