I ordered all the parts necessary to make one yesterday (minus the hose/tubing). Total was $72 including shipping.

lets you controll the boost onset which means how much boost to let the wastgate to start close by leading to faster spool up and better boost response.

Why not just spend a lil' more dough and get an HKS EVC or a Greddy profec? That's what their known for, besides being able to control boost via electronically from within the cockpit as well
