Bose Question

Default Bose Question

Hey guys, I wanted to know if i could run an amp to my speakers on the front and back of my bose speakers on my B6 model? Also Can you run an amp to the rear 8in sub in the back or is it better to get a sub+amp

Yes you can do all of that... but you might have to re-wire the car. Not entirely sure... but I'm glad that your plan is to amp right away. Most people want to get rid of stock speakers and run them off of some 50w x 4 deck... like 18 watts rms per channel, hahahaha.

Talk to a stereo shop, though. I had a JL 450/4 hooked up to my bose speakers, but I went from stock symphony speakers, to alpine type-x, to the bose, to focal polykevlars... but the bose were really amazing. I ended up taking the focal tweets out and putting the bose back in -- just using the focal mids now.

Anyhow, it can be done... not sure if it involves rewiring the car or not. Rewiring isn't hard, though... these cars come apart so easily

yeah u can - dietz makes an adaptor for this too that cuts out alot of the wiring
