So the bose sound system comes with a Bose subwoofer already in your car? how is it?

It's nothing special. Anything aftermarket will probably be better.

any one have the bose subwoofer in their car, can you tell me how loud it actually is. More then a normall car. Or would an aftermarket sub be a hugge improvement?

it's not super loud. with full bass, it doesn't rattle your windows.

it's clean bass, but it's not loud....an aftermarket sub will beat harder and be louder overall...but nothing sounds as good as Bose imo...

It's good for rock, but you really wouln't want to play rap or r&b.

yea, i listen to a pretty wide range of music, and i'll be getting an aftermarket sub to add to my bose system, for the r&b stuff...
