hi i recently installed a blowoff valve in my 97 a4 and it doesnt have a loud swoosh does ne1 kno why this is and if it could be adjusted

 

If you haven't done anything to mess with the boost IE: chip, boost controller then it won't be very very loud, if your runnig stock boost around 8-9psi. If your running a chip then it would be a little louder, more boost pressure, more sound.
