Default Brake Job

Okay I've mentioned that I have a pretty bad squeak coming from the front brakes, I just bought the car like 4-5 months ago and the sales guy said they put new pads on her, but when I come to a complete stop they squeak really bad. The pedal doesn't go to the floor and the squeak stops right before I stop completly, so I'm wondering what you guys think I should do? I was thinking of just replacing the whole front brake system, i.e.: pads, routers, caliper, but if I don't have to then I won't. I might be able to get a sound clip on here, but it might take a couple of days.

It could be a number of problems, they could have glazed rotors, bad pads(quality), forgot to put one of the silencing shims in. who knows. as long as its stoping fine and the pads and rotor arent worn down to the nub (inside and out), then what you do will really depend on if youcan stand the noise.

Is there really anything I can do to stop the noise, I mean the rotors aren't bad, I did the whole finger nail test and nothing caught.

well, are they glazed (mirror type finnish) or do they have a nice mechined look to them. As for the noise they make diff stuff that you can put on the pad to quiet them but I'm not a huge fan. If you are interested you can find it at any parts store. tell them your looking for something that you put on the face of the pad. its a dark liquid.
