Default Brakes!

Sometimes, very very rarely, when I start up my car and go to drive away the first few times I press the brake pedal to stop, the car doesnt stop fast, feels like the brakes fade for a few seconds, then they are fine. This is the second time this has happend, brake fluid is ok but i dont know when it has been changed, no noises or lights, just very weak braking , even if I press the pedal as hard as i can it feels like it builds up presure, but the car doesnt stop. Its almost feels as if you would be trying to stop the car using the e brake. With no check engine or brake lights i have no idea whats going on. It has been chilly out each time it has happend, and happens only right after starting the car, then goes away by the time I get out of a driveway or parking lot to go onto main roads. HELP PLEASE.

Also, the brake pads and rotors look good.

Im not sure, but I doubt it. Ive only had the car for a few months. The rotors look brand new with no rust around the edges or anything. Im sure if it was the pads it would happen all the time. Im thinking it may need a brake fluid flush, it wouldnt hurt anyway.

lol, anyway I got a brake question;

Had my pads and discs replaced about 3 months ago (non OEM, lol)

Recently started squeeling. They feel fine, they just sound horrible.
Is there any treatment, other than having the discs machined?
