Default brakes oil leak and timing belt

well ive been lookin around my area and theres only one place around me that works on audis and its a independant mechanic.(thank god). i asked them how much the timing belt would b and they said 1100 with parts but i have parts. so he said hes not sure what it is without parts but hell check and ill talk to him tomarrow..already this sounds like theres expensive. i need new brakes all around which i have everything for the front but nothing for the back and i have a oil leak around my valve cover. the back brakes need everything(calipers rotors and pads) the fronts only need new rotors which i have. i was wondering what you guys thing a fair price for all this work to b done would cost. sorry for the long post but i had a lot of questions.lol

a shop around here charges 750 for timingbelt change parts & labor...
rotors/pads are easy to change....
valve cover gasket is pretty straight foward as well.

Rick at CIM Motorsports in Central Valley did mine for $710 including tax in April 2005.

You can make an appointment and watch him do it.

I had my mechanic in Philadelphia do mine for 330 plus the ECS timing belt kit which I supplied.

Just a little tip, if you are changing the front rotors, it is recommended you change the pads as well at the same time.

well the audi mechanic told me today that he wont work on my car unless he buys the parts cause he wants to make more money so i found another place tht is right next door to the old mechanic.lol. and he said 460 for the timing belt plus parts which i have and like 100 to fix the oil leak whcin isnt bad cause the other mechanic enitially said it would b 800 plus parts just got the timing belt.
