Default Break Dust

Hey guys... I recently purchased my first Audi. Since I have driven it off the lot, I have been expierencing large amounts of brake dust onmy rims. Did you exp. this when you first purchased your car or is this a sign that I should take the car in to have the brakes inspected?

Our cars come with organic pads, which produce black
sticky dust.

I have seen the green stuff (lower heat range for street) with sensors, its on there site. Reds (more of a high performance, some racing street pad) i cant remeber, they should. If not just loop the wires and do away with the sensors.

You just have cheap pads on there. If you upgrade to ceramic pads it should pretty much go away. EBC is pretty popular. I used Akebono Euros front and rear (come with sensor on front pads). Expensive, but I get almost no dusting it seems. They stay pretty clean looking (and I don't even wash my car once a month let alone every weekend). Good pads for the lazy washer.
