Brembo rotors A4 B6 1.8t
Ok, so i'm trying to buy Brembo slotted rotors.
Questions ive got so far:
1. So many websites to buy from... Example http://performance.thepartsbin.com/b...p;brandid=3629 where to buy from??? (ecstuning and purems are kind of pricey, but still considering)
2. Can i buy a rotor for b6 3.0 312mm and just replace it with stock 288 but keep my stock calipers?
thanks.

ok, found a good deal, basically what everyone else offers, 288mm slotted brembos front set for $203 on tirerack. How is their shipping, cause i dont wanna wait for 2-3 weeks for that stuff.
Does anyone have any experience with their shipping?

Ok, so here FRONT http://www.tirerack.com/brakes/brake...amp;perfCode=S
REAR http://www.tirerack.com/brakes/brake...amp;perfCode=S
what do u think? Good setup?
Questions:
1. Does it matter is that slotted lines (dont know how u call it) on rotors different in FRONT/REAR
2. Brembo has GOLDISH color, guy from AZ said it is going to be gone after first stop, is that true?

Yes the gold hue will go away on the brembos
Doesnt matter if the slotsare differnt, but the same rotors front and rear would look better.
Had powerslots on my last car and they keep looking new for a very long time and work exceptionally well.

I wonder what would make the bigger difference... 288mm slotted, or 312mm plain faced. Hrmm!
I'd want to guess that the slotted ones would work better.
Stainless lines make a huge difference, I hear... something I've always wanted to do, but never did.
I've got cross drilled 312mm A8 rotors on my B5, and will likely replace with plain faced because I really don't need performance brakes. :P

- ss lines just give you a firmer pedel feel.
