Default Brushed Aluminum Mirrors

I recently purchased an Audi A4 2.0T, 2005.5. With the new grill, do you all think that the brushed aluminum mirrors would look good on BLACK car? I noticed that Jestnomen has the aluminum mirrors on his black A4 as well.

100% will look awesome, as long as they are not the only brushed aluminum pieces on your car.

I saw them on his car in the pictures. I have not seen them in person yet, and was wondering if the pictures did them justice, or made them look better than they actually are.

I have seen them on eBay and other sites before. They are about $200. I have not looked for them in a little while, but im sure they are out there.

I think with the front grill, with the silver lining, my 17" stock audi silver wheels, and the silver trim around the windows, should be enough silver on the vehicle to make the mirrors look good and not stand out too much.

Jest has some high res pics floating around... that definately dont do anything to make the car look any better than it does. It just looks great, period.

Ask jest where he got his... some german eBay seller I think. Yes, they will set you back a couple hundie -- you dont want the less expensive versions.

Jest.. Is it an actual cover that you put on the existing mirror??? or is it a new mirror case where you replace the whole unit??

They replace the painted portion of your mirror. The mirrors are basically covered by a shell which removes with a few screws.

Here's a pictures I just stole from ebay to show you:

The fit and finish is virtually OEM.
