How do I enlarge the holes? I dont want to make the housing where the holes are too thin garrett made them 8mm for a reason... I am just looking for high quality high strength studs and bolts. Does anyone know where to get something like this and the sizes for my application?

Thank you

I dont know the size for your app. but i get all my grade 8 bolts from the hardware store. There is an Ace Hardware by me with a large selection but a bit expensive. I had bought about $50+ worth of various bolts for my roadster.

Grade 8 isnt the strongest. I dont want to pe pulling out the turbo every 6 months because a stud broke. I know People with the PES kit go from the PES hardware to upgraded ARP bolts but I have searched and cannot find the part numbers for what I need...

im sure you can get the brass type which is best for exhaust systems because they don't rust up so easy when stripping down, I wouldn't advise you to drill the holes out unless you understand the math in it

studs: AF3.725-1B
Nuts: 300-8340
Washer: 200-8641

These are the part numbers I found posted on AW. I can find the nuts and washers but cant seem to locate the part number on the studs. I have an email into ARP to see if they have that part number in their system. Let me know if you came up with a solution because I am in the same boat as you, and need to fix the bolt soon for smog!
