Burning Egg Smell Coming from Front End
About a week ago, we had a pretty bad snow fall. I was out late driving people home. I got stuck in a uphill small narrow driveway with snow right up to the front lights. I worked the clutch pretty hard trying to get out, switching back and forth between first and reverse. Since than, a really bad smell has been lingering from the front end of the car. It's so bad, it smells inside the car. Anyone have any idea what that smell is? Could it be the clutch? The clutch still drives the same.

Not to freak you out but did you take a good look under the hood? Sometimes when it gets really cold/snowy animals will take shelter where ever they can, make sure you don't have a burning carcass somewhere inside there from any time of small critter.

It might sound weird, but it could be something to do with your battery. I dont know how or if your driving experience would have impacted your battery, but I left a charger on a battery for way to long once and it made the car and the shop smell like old eggs for like a week. Just an idea....

Maybe there are eggs burning in there
Could be a several things. Problems with the O2 sensor and/or Catalytic converter or like an earlier post said, the battery if you have a regulator problem.
