Default Button?

I see this button on the left of my drivers seat, right next to the dial you turn to lean your seat back and forth. Its a picture of the car and what looks like sound waves coming out of it...and I'm too lazy to look it up in my owners manual. What is it? Something to do with the alarm?

Yep. I am pretty sure it turns off the motion sensors for the alarm, like if its windy out.

NO. Actually it is to turn the Ultra sonic motion senors in ur B pilars OFF when you lock the car. You would use it if you left someone or a pet in the car. It is reset once the door is unlocked.
