sup peoples i'm keith i'll be 17 in feb 06' and i'm looking for a car to buy. i really want a a4 98'-00' 1.8 but it has to be about 5,000-

6,500 the most. i found one on auto shopper but i really need to know what i'm looking for in the car suchas a "timing belt" one person

i talked to told me to look for it but i need help please thanx if any body can find me a good a4 for a price i'm, looking for that will be

Just a little note, You Dont Need To Shout. Timing belt is key if it is around 60K. Bought my 02 with 64000 and replaced the belt myself. Not to hard just takes a little patience.

for the price you are looking to spend you will be most likley be getting a 96-97 mondel with a ton of problems save a little more to get a clean one

 

yea man, you won't find anything close to what your lookin for with that cash unless of course it has 200k and needs inspection.....Oh yea and if your looking online for a car like auto trader or vehix.....things that seem to good to be true usually are be aware of fraud. Research your price range a bit more and find yourself a co-signer.....

 

He might be able to find one, but it's going to have like 150k miles on it!

 

where in NJ are you? I live in NY but i drove an 1 hr to a place in butler NJ that specilizes in used audis and VW's. well worth the drive!
