thanks pandaXpress.that is the dollar an hour place that is at beach st. and pch.i believe it is called capistrano beach park.not sure how it is on weekends,but a good spot for pics.free parking by dana point jetty also with prob not as much traffic.

 

that is a nice spot and the cheap/free parkin makes it really appealing
