What do think it could be??

 

hesitation could be caused by a ton of things. most obvious culprits are (in no particular order):

Power Output Stage (also referred to as the ICM - Ignition Control Module)
Coilpacks
Sparkplugs
vacuum leak
MAF

If you're a tip, it could be that you need to change the transmission fluid (audi says it's for life, but they lie) or it could be more serious.

I'd start with the spark plugs, then the ICM, then coil packs. see if they help. ECS tuning sells the ICM for like $150 and it's easy to change.
