Have you tried cleaning the TB? That may cause a similar issue.
Yeah, oil can work its way through the turbo and ic piping and then make deposits around the edges of the tb plate. Some carb cleaner disolves it in no time (remove it from the carfirst)

Hey crazyhawk that link you provided to ebay is that scanner the same as a vagcom or whatever it is called haha sorry I am not good wit engines only wit car audio but anyways thanks
