Default can i get a go ahead?

ok so my white with tan 2006 2.0t is comin by the end of the month. and just as i expected i already have a list of mods, with my finger on the 'continue to checkout' button. but first, id like to share the list with you all. hopefully with your actual knowledge of these parts, you can make me feel better about spending the money, and stop me from making mistakes.

-vortex splitters
-forge bov (180)
-18" blacko.z. ultraleggeras (1200)
-tires(taking suggestions under160$ each)
-35% tint (200)
-tein h-tech springs (250)
-black out grill from ics (300)
-s4 spoiler(250)

Not a great idea to put lowering spings on stock shocks. They will likely blow out within a year or so, but since its a new carmaybe not. Kumho makes a good tire, I run them now and they are quiet and grip/wear well. You should skip the grille and bov and get a chip instead imo. Or just add it to the list since money doesnt seem to be an issue.

ohhh money IS an issue, but this is around the amount I alotted myself to spend on mods for now. To be honest im not really too worried about speed, i dont race, so its no real concern. Im more concerned with looks and sound, but i dont want to throw a grand into an exhaust just yet either. are there any other suggestions?

if your going to do springs do the struts at the same time since the old ones will need to be removed to put the lowering springs on and defianlty get a chip i vote for GIAC

A chip isn't about racing. It is about having that extra pull on the freeway or when you want to pass someone. It puts back the proper amount of power that a car of this class should have.
