Can i put 6 seed transmision from s4 to my 2000 audi a4 1.8t???

 

yea it would work im almost positive

 

no doubt, i believe its best to do considering the s4 tranny is bulllet proof. not to mention, 1 more gear in the box.

i also belive that there is minimal modding required....almost bolt on if you will, again...correct me if im wrong, i dont do tranny swaps.

 

from what i've read its a fairly simple swap. you can also put in a 2.8 tranny.

 

wow, really? how about and auto trany??? with tip.... bulletproof?

no go on the tip, you can do it, but its far from bulletproof.

 

anyone know what is needed for the sway? just trans and clutch and flywheel?

 

think i remember reading how a few ppl on the zine have swapped their trannies... not sure about s4, but def a few with 2.8 trans

 

definately would be nice to have an extra gear, but how different is the gearing ratio?
