can my sucking in hot air make car run richer?
00561 = mixture control possible causes are trouble codes 00525/00533 stored, low fuel level, fuel pressure/pump, intake/exhaust leak, misfire, MAP sensor, o2 sensor, EVAP canister purge valve, injectors leaking, excessive fuel in the engine oil this would have been caused by over fueling
ok we'll start top of that list, thats one thing i learnt from this forum and its start simple then work ur way up...

FPR = fuel pressure regulator so you need a fuel system vacuum tester for that

Easiest way to check, is to try swapping it with another FPR from another Audi. Or, you can buy one fairly cheap $40-$50.
Check the vacuum hose going to the FPR too.

its weird bcuz i just changed vacum hose bcuz i noticed the old hose was getting old.... could the new vacum hose be a dud??? its one of them stratch material ones that are tight and stretch around the output of the fpr (like the tip of a baloon)
Did you use vacuum hose when you replaced the hose to the FPR? It's not wise to use just any old hose. You need to use vacuum hose becuse it's designed not to collapse under vacuum.
