It's back! Running great. It was the N75 valve wire, one of the wires broke under the boot. I didn't think that was the problem because it broke about a month ago and I fixed wire best I could, there's not to much extra slack in wire. I didn't think it would of came back apart, but it did. I just put some tape around connector to hold in place for now. I am going to solder the wire back to clip, shouldn't have any more problems. Pushing around 15 lbs of boost, feels great. Thank you, I appreciate all the help...

I was thinking of going with a turbo upgrade in the future, does anyone have any suggestions?

i'm going k04 from a chipped k03. seems like the next logical not-too-expensive step.

Instead of doing anything with turbo would I be better off going with an intercooler and exhaust system first????? What do you think?

Just buy a whole new connector. I f'd with those wires for months. I'd fix it...it would break...I'd fix it again and the other side would break. Save yourself the agrivation and buy the connector and wire from the dealer and solder it once and be done. Learn from my mistake.
