searching the forum postings I have not found any discussions on performance tuning or moding A4 3.0's (I have a tiptronic)
Has any one ever attempted this (I know chiping doesn't make a difference but how 'bout new exhaust or turbo charging)?

How about these ads for this TURBONATOR thing which is suppose to add up to 35hp?
Anyone?

 

u have a tiptronic and it wont handle the power of the only major mod u got and thats SUPERCHARGER

 

the turbonator is a cheap rip off piece that adds "up to 35 hp" for only 70 bucks. and its supposedly for ANY vehicle! its garbage.

pandas right the supercharger is your only major power mod and your tiptronic tranny wont be able to handle it. annnd its pricey.

it will give u noticable power but nuthin crazy
work on the exterior and suspension

I have new wheels/tires in 19" 235/35 on the way, but I just needed a little added power to complete the renov u know?

but seriously how much of a change would a chip make on my tranny...is it 5, 6hp?

 

What? The tip chip decreases shift time.

and ya it will help cut the shift times down

 

no power gains.. but might make you go a nano second faster
