how do you suggest getting a wheel that has rusted to the hub off? i have tryed a rubber mallet but nothing further.

 

KICK IT... Sit your *** down on the ground, put your legs up and start kicking the mother ******!!!!!!! Works like a charm.
It wont hurt anything as long as youre arent wearing your golf shoes.

 

decent amount of wd-40 DONT GET ANY ON YOUR BRAKES!!! and if you do clean them with brake cleaner. Let the wd-40 sit in there for a bit, then screw the lugs back on loosely and hit your tire with a sledgehammer DONT HIT THE RIM!!! should pop off after that

Another way is to losen the lug bolts SLIGHTLY and take a spin around the block, taking the corners real sharp and hard. Its more fun to kick them though... Try to kick around the side, like on the tire/rim part.. Kicking in the center wont do much. This is also the ONLY time it is acceptable to kick your car.

 

when that fails heat up the rim..lol that would do it.. <-- dont do that.. i was kidding.. stop being a girly man and put some strength in it

 

Just place a 2X4 over the wheel and beat it with a big hammer. I wouldn't suggest riding around with loose lug bolts.

Yep, kick the crap out of it, it will work. thats what ive always done.
Now brake rotors are another story, Ive had to heat the crap out out some rotors before to get them to break loose.

 

If they are only as said, SLIGHTLY lose, there is no danger as long as you are going a short distance, like as said, around the block. Im talking like just breaking the loose, not unscrewing them halfway or more.
