what kinda audio systems are people in here running,
does anyone in here even have a system in there car

 

Stock head unit with a JBL GTQ 360 amp and A RF 10' sub in a ported box, stock bose speakers every where else

 

I like mine just the way it is. Hard to beat the sound of a Bose system. Just the right amount of mids and highs. I have friends that comment about the stereo more than anything on the car.

I spent every penny I earned in high school for my car stereo and now I look back on it and it was really dumb. LOL. I did a lot of competing though. Went to the USAC world finals 3 times and did pretty good.

I had a 92 accord and took the back seat out of it and put a wall in. Had the following...

8 JL Audio W6 12's

JL Audio mids and highs.

Alpine 7.5 inch t.v. on the dash.

Alpine MDA double din head unit. - had the 3 cd changer, eq and tape deck. It was a pretty cool little head unit.

4 1,000 watt Matts amps - not too many people know about them but they are pretty damn sweet.

500 watt JL audi amp.

I wish I had taken more pictures of it. It was a pretty good looking little Honda. I wasn't into the racing and what not. Was loud as hell though! LOL.

 

damn sounds like it would be loud i like the tape cd player with the tape deck haha i just started puttin my systemtogether in early feb and i bought 1 audiobahn flame q and a 2000 watt amp and on the way i another one of those and need to buy another 2000 watt amp

 

ive got a jvc headunit, hifonics brutus bx1000d amp w/ elemental desigins e12a sub. not relly into bump...more so sound quality.


all ive got to say is ...damn...

 

I had a friend that did sound quality when I was into the db's and his system was pretty sweet. Sound quality costs a lot of money if you do it right.

 

ED subs ar the **** man, i love them... I have a ten in my truck from them and two tens in a custom box in my basement for home theater.... My cousin has one of their 12's and its bad ***

 

I'd like to get a HU that can receive HD. I want the contant from the HD2 multicasting.
