car getting wet inside when it rains

Default car getting wet inside when it rains

I have a 2000 a4 1.8tqm and when it rains on the car it seams to get wet insine it either gets wet under the passenger seat or in the passenger floorboard can anyone help me please

could be a number of things, but the first thing that comes to my mind would be to Check your sunroof drain lines... they might be blocked.

anyone else?

if you jack up your car slightly you will be able to see them there are two on each side one near the front wheel well and one near the rear door

they should look like little round holes in the bottom of your car, if you stick your finger in there it is a rubber tube

I had the same problem, my leak destroyed My Piooner DVD Nav system, mine was the body plug ubder the passanger carpet. I reglued it in and havent had a problem since.
